For each result, explain three things: what happened, what it means and what comes next.

Start with the objective

Was the period about visibility, engagement or a particular content series? State that first. When presenting several accounts in one document, preserve the context of each account. Adding account reach together does not account for overlapping audiences, so do not describe the sum as unique people.

Compare like with like

Period length, posting frequency and content format affect what the numbers mean. If more posts were published this month, higher total engagement may not mean better engagement per post. Keep the dates and accounts behind the comparison visible. Context helps clients ask better questions.

Missing data is not zero

An unavailable metric, missing permission or data that has not been collected does not mean zero performance. Explain what data is available. A Pusula.Social performance report is based on data in the panel; exporting a PDF cannot create a metric a provider does not supply. Add a short coverage note when needed.

Make the next step concrete

Rather than simply targeting more engagement, choose a content approach to test. Try the same theme in two formats and compare similar periods. Make the report the starting document for the next content meeting, as well as a record of the previous month.
