What information is collected?
The form collects your name, email, agency name, number of managed brands and an optional message. These details are used to understand and respond to your demo or deployment enquiry. Submitting it does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
How is information stored?
Enquiries are stored in this website’s database for 6 months; expired records are automatically deleted by a daily task. Name, email, agency and message fields are encrypted with the application key. Internal email notifications contain only a record identifier. Form submission does not automatically book a meeting.
Cookies and measurement
The site uses necessary technical cookies for form security and session handling. This version has no advertising pixels, marketing tracking cookies or third-party visitor analytics. Fonts are served from the site itself.
